The Mentorship Circle officially kicked off Wednesday, February 1, at the tried and true Spill the Wine in downtown Minneapolis. As the ten mentors sat at their assigned tables, enthused mentees flocked to meet them. Tables began to fill up and the event was in full swing.

Make Magic

The smaller crowd of aspiring young marketing professionals allowed for more intimate conversations with the mentors during the Ad Fed Mentorship event last Wednesday.

There seemed to be more folks than usual who had recently moved to Minneapolis in search of job opportunities in marketing. These newcomers were refreshingly appreciative of the opportunities available and thrilled to finally tour the Minneapolis agencies they’d learned about at their schools and offices outside Minnesota.
