Make Magic

The smaller crowd of aspiring young marketing professionals allowed for more intimate conversations with the mentors during the Ad Fed Mentorship event last Wednesday.

There seemed to be more folks than usual who had recently moved to Minneapolis in search of job opportunities in marketing. These newcomers were refreshingly appreciative of the opportunities available and thrilled to finally tour the Minneapolis agencies they’d learned about at their schools and offices outside Minnesota.

Shaping The Future Through Mentorship

A dozen mentors and six times as many mentees filed into Spill the Wine in Minneapolis on Wednesday evening for the first Ad Fed Mentorship Circle event. As eager groups of aspiring professionals chatted around tables, mentors jumped in to take their places among them and let the learning begin. Discussion topics varied from table to table as the mentors come from an array of industry disciplines. However, as one might anticipate, a common theme that surfaced from the curious crowd was career guidance.
